Active Warrant Search in Lebanon County

An arrest warrant is a court order authorizing police to arrest a specific person. How to Find Arrest Records for Free in Lebanon County

The UJS Web Portal offers the public free access to statewide criminal and civil court records, including arrest records. A search can be done by name, docket number, offense tracking number (OTN), or arresting agency. However, the following restrictions apply:

Records predating 2000 are not available online. Interested persons may visit the Lebanon County Sheriff's Office or the County Court Clerk’s Office in person.
Sealed records are not accessible.
Juvenile arrest records cannot be accessed online.
Social Security numbers, home addresses, and active investigative materials are redacted.
Accurate searches require a full legal name and date of birth.

Lebanon County Arrest Report

An arrest report and an arrest record are different. An arrest record documents that an arrest occurred. It contains the subject's name, the charges filed, the arresting agency, bail status, and the case outcome. Arrest records are accessible to the public through the UJS Web Portal.

An arrest report, however, is a written account by the arresting officer after an arrest. It describes what the officer saw, what happened, and what witnesses said. In Lebanon County, these reports are protected by the Criminal History Record Information Act (CHRIA) and are not publicly accessible. Arrest reports are not available through regular public search tools and are not the same as arrest records.

How to Get an Arrest Record Expunged in Lebanon County

Per 18 Pa. C.S.A. § § 9122 and 9122.1, and the Rules of Criminal Procedure (Rules 490 and 790), Lebanon County permits both expungement and record sealing. Expungement permanently deletes arrest and conviction information from all relevant agencies. Record sealing hides a record from public view while allowing law enforcement to retain access.

Persons interested in expungement in Lebanon County may qualify under the following conditions:

Charges withdrawn or dismissed by the District Attorney
Charges dismissed by a Magisterial District Judge or the Court of Common Pleas
Successful completion of the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) program

The following circumstances disqualify a record from expungement:

Two alternatives exist if expungement seems improbable. The first is automatic sealing under the Clean Slate Law. Usually, non-conviction files are sealed automatically 60 days after a case closes. Second- and third-degree misdemeanors seal automatically after 7 to 10 years without further arrests. Some drug and felony records are also eligible under this provision. The second alternative is petition-based sealing, available to persons with first-degree misdemeanor convictions who have remained arrest-free for ten years. All petitions can be filed at the county courthouse where the conviction occurred.

How Do You Remove Lebanon County Arrest Records From the Internet?

For specific minor offenses, the Clean Slate Law can automatically hide records from public view online, provided all victim payments have been made, without requiring a petition. For other expungement or record-sealing eligible offenses, concerned persons may obtain a court order for expungement or record sealing. The process begins with filing a formal petition at the county court that handled the case. The District Attorney reviews the petition, and a judge issues the final order.

If the court approves the order, it is forwarded to two key agencies. The Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts (AOPC) updates the Unified Judicial System (UJS) portal to remove or restrict public access to the relevant arrest files. The Pennsylvania State Police Central Repository updates state criminal history records so that background checks conducted through the PATCH system return no record.

Private background check companies are not bound by court orders the way government agencies are. These companies are unofficial sources and may take considerably longer to update or remove records.
